With 35 years in commercial real estate, Laurie’s multi-faceted experience brings expertise in both leasing and sales. Her broad knowledge from representing tenants and landlords, buyers and sellers, in addition to in-house landlord institutional experience, helps maximize value when evaluating or positioning an asset for sale, and/or achieve the best effective lease terms for her clients.

Prior to forming her own firm, Laurie has been an SVP with Colliers and Matlow-Kennedy in the South Bay/Long Beach markets representing national and local requirements, and VP/Director of Leasing for Westgroup Partners in DTLA. Laurie has personally participated in over 1,000 transactions ranging from 400 to 450,000 square feet.

She is regarded as "the expert" in the San Pedro/Harbor district for commercial transactions, having consummated over 240 transactions in this market alone, and sold many of the major commercial buildings/project sites in the expanded CBD.

Laurie is a graduate of USC Marshall School of Business, and has been involved in numerous industry organizations as well as non-profit participation, and a repeat Women of Influence honoree.
